No Show and Cancellation of Appointments

Any change in a scheduled appointment must be made 24 hours in advance. Please notify us by phone at (403-462-5674) or email us at cibralasers@gmail.com to change or cancel your appointment. No-show appointments will be subject to a $100 fee if inadequate notice is given.

Treatment and Packages Expiration

All service packages and prepaid treatments must be used within 1 year (365 days) of the date of purchase or they will expire. The purchase of packages cannot be combined with any other specials, discounts, deals, or promos unless otherwise stated and is non-transferable.

Products

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns on any skincare products. In the event you have an adverse reaction, we will need you to come in for documentation of the reaction, within 24 hours, so we may take actions towards reversing any reaction caused as well as reimbursing for the product. We provide 3-day samples of all our products to ensure you enjoy the product before purchasing a full size.
